ABOUT THE NATIONAL PIPING CENTRE
The National Piping Centre, in Glasgow, Scotland, promotes excellence in piping on a national and international basis. Its building, built in 1872, has a bagpipe school with rehearsal rooms and a performance hall. The Centre also houses a museum and interpretation centre, a reference library, conference facilities and a hotel. It supports not only the Highland pipe, but also Scottish Smallpipes, Uillean Pipes, Fiddle, Accordian and Drumming.
